    I have been working at Ministry of Justice UK full-time for less than a year


    Work is not challenging (if you can call that a pro) and great hours


    Work is not challenging, pay is atrocious, people although friendly tend to be rather uneducated

    The public sector can be more efficient, people just do not work hard enough more needs to be done to reform the system.
