I worked at Mitchell / Martin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Base Salary is very good and technology is good.

    Cons

Super Super Micromanagement from the Top Down. Management changes direction at the drop of a dime and pulls you all over the place. Recruiter run Organization who doesn't understand Account Management challenges.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out how you want to grow and stick to a simple plan. Employees are rude to one another and only care about their job. Realize that outside sales has it's challenges and with technology today you don't have to make 50 calls to break accounts. You can be successful utilizing other tools besides a phone.
