I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill part-time (More than 5 years)

I was good learning how to make food. It was a fairly fun environment, especially, after closing. We would joke and have a good time while cleaning the store. It was good being able to bond with regular customers.

Being a few years (1-5) older than the normal worker (17-21), it was kind of annoying working with high school students that didn't care whether or not they showed up to work or actually put in work when they at AT work. I couldn't necessarily have similar conversations because of the age difference and that I was in college and they were in high school. Different mind set. Also, some customers were absolutely obnoxious and downright rude. A shame, really that people have to be that way to people making their food.

    Advice to Management

The past two general managers were great, but others, not so much. They weren't as professional as I would have thought them to be. Regular managers are in the same boat. Some were great, but others, not so much. My advice is: you're not a child, grow up and at like a manager. And don't steal. That's just silly.
