    I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)


    In the 3 1/2 years I have been with Molina, I have seen a lot of change for the better. The company continues to grow, stock price has tripled. Markets continue to be added to our portfolio and the future is bright. Great pay; great management team.


    If anything, I'd say that Molina is sometimes a victim of its own success. We are growing so rapidly that resources and focus is not always on the specifics in some markets that if they were, would allow those "in the trenches" to work to reduce costs more effectively while being given more responsibility to see projects through to the end that would result in a more streamlined organization.

    Advice to Management

    Allow individual markets to invest in their own success through innovation at the ground level. Encourage and allow the formation of cross-department teams developed with the goal of streamlining processes and focusing on cost reduction strategies that would solidify the market employee's investment in producing the most nimble and efficient company possible.
