    Pros

    - Hours are great, and I'm always finished in time to pick up my kids in the afternoon. - Decent pay... If you know how to sell - Working with newborns can be fun & rewarding

    Cons

    - its more of a sales job than a creative photography job - Not a job for someone looking to support their family with. Its a good job for pocket money. - MUST be able to sell sell sell if you want to make it worth your time. - Pressure from management to meet sales quotas. - You are expected to work holidays if your shift falls on one - If you don't sell anything... You make very little $
