I have been working at Mom365

    Pros

It is an easy way to gain photography experience if you are just starting out in the photography field.

    Cons

The "flex" hours mean you don't know when you are done working. I personally worked for 13 hours in one day, while part-time. Unable to request off. DM's come and go and you never met them. The whole company is very unappreciative of the photographers, who are the face of the company, seeing several patients who just gave birth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know your staff. Care about them and your customers.
