Fun, Artsy, Every Day is Different, Loved working with the hospital staff

Doesn't pay well enough - They give you a fallback hourly or a commission but what they won't tell you is that they average your commission out over the span of a 2 week period. So your good days get washed out by your bad days.

    Advice to Management

Make hiring process shorter, give employees more pay for training - the training process takes a month!! Pay employees to do the Dr. appointments and etc required for training - that is time that the candidate is spending to be ready for your hospital! Pay them! Also, not enough opportunity for raises and job growth. No benefits.
