    I worked at MonaVie full-time (less than a year)


    The only thing good about working in the call center at MonaVie was the option of working from home.


    Think three times before applying and accepting an offer to work in the call center giving support to a different country other than USA. Be advised!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Customer services agents are the front line of the company when interacting with the customers. If you don't provide these professionals with a decent training and atmosphere to work for sure you will keep having this high rate of turnover.
