I have been working at Mondelez International part-time (less than an year)

You have the freedom of working in the field alone traveling from store to store unloading trucks and backstocking shelves. The pay isnt too bad either

You never know what days you will be working until late at night the night before sometimes, you dont always get paid for the work you've done the prior week because the system they have is flawed, communication between the merchandiser and the supervisors is nearly impossible at times, and the stores are usually upset with the ordering which gets taken out on the merchandiser unloading it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate better with merchandiser and stores on whats going on and fix the payroll system

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
