I worked at Mondo full-time (more than an year)

Mondo is the kind of company where you will truly learn what you are made of. It's an ideal environment to learn exactly what it takes to be successful as an outside sales rep in a highly competitive industry.

During my time at Mondo/Bluewolf, I was continually pushed out of my comfort zone and challenged to exceed expectations. This job is HARD, but so is life - if you really want to get substantial things done in a business environment this job will teach you how to have the proactive, aggressive approach to do so. The potential is there to achieve great things and the experience you'll gain working with and breaking into major accounts would be very hard to match.

I can say the sales manager in Philadelphia is one of the most talented salespeople I've ever encountered, and her support and obvious investment in the success of her team was really fantastic.

This business is not easy. Competition is fierce, and there is constant pressure to produce. This drives some people to excel, but can be too much pressure for others to handle well.
