    I worked at Monitor (UK) full-time for more than 3 years


    Work-life balance is yours for the taking. Pay and pensions are generous in this climate. 32.5 days holiday plus bank holidays is great too.


    There are a lot of management layers. Although this seems good for promotion, it can lead to frustration. Promotions can be political so you need to be good a finding a way through the office politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider including 360 appraisals in the annual review process. It could make a huge difference. Most employees are used to this through their backgrounds in professional service firms, so it would be well respected.
