I worked at Montash full-time (more than an year)

Nothing to really report here. I didn't enjoy myself and they fired me, after promising the world. There were a couple of nice colleagues.

I really didn't enjoy my time at Montash. I would advise all prospective candidates (and clients) to steer well clear.

They work you far too hard, for minimal pay and with no slack. I have friends in recruitment who have a much better working life and are treated like adults.

You can also get a better base salary, commission structure and perks with competitors (so well worth looking around some more job hunters...!).

In terms of clients, they have very few 'house accounts' - one to be precise. Roles are limited, and commission on them is marked down if you work them.

I wouldn't recommend working here, or working with Montash as a 'talent sourcing partner' (cringy wannabe business speak is the norm as well).

Staff turnover is monumental - if you aren't what they want you're fired within 10 minutes, never to be seen again. Proper Alan Sugar style.

If you're good and bill a lot, you realise there are much better firms to work for and quit!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your staff, give them a break sometimes. Scrap the new website, it sucks.

Stop firing people. Try to provide a climate where your good people want to stay.
