    I worked at Moog full-time (more than 10 years)


    Still has some great employees who managed to survive the last few cut-backs


    Latest layoff was a shame and good, hardworking U.S. citizens were given the boot, yet not one European, Never hire a European as your CEO, unless you want to have loyal, long-term Americans lose jobs to them because all new Managers are being 'shipped in' from Europe to run the company. Why isn't the Board of Directors stepping in to help restore what used to be one of the best place in America to work?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Title should be: Advice to Board Spend a few bucks and get some professional help in trying to re-organize the management of what used to be a very successful company and it not's just its bottom line. Start at the top and replace some of the senior management team. Hire qualified U.S. citizens to try and restore some trust between company and the people who work there. Unhappy employees does not equal successful outcome.
