I have been working at Moog full-time (more than 3 years)

Relative security, above average salaries for the area, diverse product allows for an employee to move around the company to find a job that interests them.

They know they're the best company to work for in the area, so good luck leveraging them. Management has lost focus on keeping employees happy in favor of shareholder profits. Training is absolutely non-existent, and getting any outside training is an act of god. Temps are treated like crap, and have the permanent job "carrot" dangled in front of them regularly, yet the temps are rarely if ever hired on as permanent employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train employees for their position, and for the positions above an below them. Invest in your technical experts. Send those people to your customers, not management or project personnel who provide less value. Rely on past success for promotion rather than pieces of paper (diploma's, certificates, etc.). Hire your Temps who show the skills, work ethic, and success on a regular basis, and let go the temps who don't. Return to the "Moog Culture and Values", where competence is king, and accountability for all of the employees is golden. Enough of the velvet glove, it kills morale for those employees who go above and beyond, but fail to get promoted because employees who tread water maintain the positions that someone else would be more successful being promoted to.
