    I have been working at Mopro full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Mopro is a place that allows the best to rise to the top. I noticed a lot of variation of the reviews on here. This leads me to believe anyone who is a 1* are former employees that got the axe. All the 5*s are clearly the ones who make the cut and are subsequently excelling. It's unfortunate that the bad apples are trying to muck up a performance driven setting.

    Anyhow, PROS: youthful, vibrant, exciting work environment, benefits include free lunch (not fast food) ... for reals, free snacks (many enjoy a free breakfast too), a Starbucks-caliber coffee machine, free health insurance, dental / optical (for a little extra $$), inspiring team, forward thinking, a constantly moving technology company

    Cons

    I think a lot of the cons can get thrown out of proportion. No one is forcing anyone to work here. Everyone gets a free meal, snacks, coffee, medical, etc... Bottom line, we are an aggressive company filled with ambitions to hire and retain alpha employees. If personnel can't cut it they get cut. Doesn't everyone want to be surrounded by A players without C players to drag them down??

    Anyhow, CONS: parking is difficult (for OC), sometimes being a forward thinking tech company can boarder on feeling unfocused, communication can be improved

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to work hard on communicating between employees. The execs should try and work with other departments. Everyone at the company should build their own website.
