    Pros

-Culture, coworkers. Can expect a fruitful experience work with a professional/results minded individual in most interactions -Continuing education/ opportunities to learn about the markets and finance -Management that cares, open door to discuss issues -Professional colleagues, open-minded thinking to problem solving/project work -Good work/life balance, flexibility on working from home where needed -Great brand name

    Cons

-Compensation is not at the level seen in other firms (consistent cost of living increases) -Limited opportunities for movement across divisions -Promotion process uneven (Perception weighs heavily vs. actual production, value of work done) -Performance review process can weigh employees who put in a lot of extra work and are dedicated at the same level as those minimally invested in their job -Bureaucracy, redundancies, excessive signoffs needed for inconsequential processes

    Advice to Management

-As part of the commitment to mobility, improve HR capability to facilitate internal mobility across divisions, not just intradivision. Improve compensation to retain the best managers/maintain employee morale.
