    Advice to ManagementAdvice

From what I have read in house and around the community it would seem like this place really values its employees. However I have been here awhile and have found this is not the case. From top to bottom the majority of the employees are not happy in their current situation. The communication from top to bottom is horrid, and it seems like there are members of management that have gotten their position from connections rather than actually having the skills necessary to effectively do their jobs. Most days you end up feeling bad about yourself and what you do because there is no support from management whether you just need one of them to say "Good Job", or a thank you for your hard work. You are mainly treated in a way that an adult would treat a child. When working here you get a sense that everyone is very confused as to what is going on and the direction the company is headed in. Along with that if you volunteer to do things and go beyond your job description you are rewarded with nothing besides having more work thrown at you.

There are little to no company outings or incentive programs. The only outings or incentives that are available are the ones where you are physically able to bring in money to the company, for example a sales person. The pay for certain positions is also drastically lower than what employers are paying for similar positions around the area, and raises or pay increases are virtually non-existent.

It seems like the bigger the company is getting and the more profits are going up, the more the employees are seen as a tool to make money and not as a valued part of a growing company. I realize this happens in many companies however, a company that exist to make customer's lives better should also be able to make their own employees lives better.
