I worked at Morson International full-time (Less than a year)
Great colleagues, a family feel to the business. Talented people and exciting projects. Flexibility and netowkring.
Archaic in its approach to change. Do as I say not as I do. Short-sighted business decisions and limited understanding of employee engagement. Vast disparity in salaries - no structure or process to speak of.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees, involve them and speak to them. There is a feeling of 'us and them' and it damages the business. People know they are paid lower wages than other firms, and this eventually drives out the ambitious talent the company has. Introduce transparancy and structure and your workforce will respect you for it.
