I have been working at Morton Salt full-time (more than 10 years)

Direct report Managers have been good. Employees used to stay 35 years...NOT now (you're fired or bail), unless you are a trapped long time employee.
Good pay; health insurance great! Very safe company that values employee safety first.

Rats fleeing a changing (for the worse) sinking ship. Employees used to stay 35 years because such a great place to any longevity over 5-10 years, you are considered a dinosaur with no motivation to change; (they don't ask you and assume since most recent change has been for the worse (2.5 years of sheer misery), you, being an above average employee your whole career, now, is the problem) Most employees that were "Morton Salt" before K+S ownership, are now considered old and are not advanced. BUT, even 1-3 year employees bail constantly for better work conditions in Chicago!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do you have any clue what is going on below you? - obviously not, as you hire NO upper management with any salt industry experience and think everything is "just fine"! -then shocked to hear no one is happy!
