Clients are the best part but little contact if you want career advancement with clients and then it's just another job with mismanagement of resources and priorities.
Very little career advancement and no career path. Poor management. Transition in current structures leaving staff disgruntled and more work put on lower paid staff. Currently cutting lower and middle management structures and hiring VPs. Tenured employees offered uncertain positions then cut. Upper leadership gap and out of touch with direct care needs. No unemployment, no cobra, no matching 403 b. Should not be considered a serious interest for anyone valuing benefits or long term supports from employer.
Advice to Management
Re evaluate hiring strategies for more support and oversite to middle and agency levels. Benefits, career paths, and rewards for employees should not be considered a burden.
