The company runs pretty "drama-free." I've worked in warehouses where there were fights every other day between workers. Everyone is friends with each other, for the most part. Company throws a lot of lunches for everybody and throws a killer Christmas party for the office workers and a separate party for the warehouse workers, both are great!

The reason why everyone leaves....pay is horrible! It's no secret between everyone. My position at different companies pays $5-$7/hr more than what I get. If you're not a top manager, forget it. The CMOs receive half a million dollar bonus checks and yet people working their butts off in every other dept make $10-$12/hr and receive 10 cent raises a year...if a manager even approves it!! Mc Donald's pays more!

    Advice to Management

This is a multi million dollar company, acknowledge the hard workers. The smart workers. Don't let the good employees go just to keep from compensating their worth. Retraining takes time and sometimes a replacement isn't always the best way to go, just to keep a "budget." Multi million dollar company!
