    Pros

    Pay better than most jobs, especially for people without degrees
    Informal setting so you can speak freely with customers
    Fun
    Entertaining
    Fast-pace

    Cons

    bad culture, no work-life balance because you will have to work odd hours, holidays, and weekends

    also, the customers can stress you as a worker as they are allowed to be drunk, rude, and other things if they are spending enough money.

    also, management relies on promoting their buddies over people actually qualified for a position

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow every employee to have personal growth by frequent evaluations and professional advice. Don't allow customers to be rude and disrespectful just because of how much money they spend because that makes the workers unhappy and unmotivated.
