Colleagues were great. Management was rude, selfish, unprofessional and unethical at their approaches towards emoloyees and patients.

I worked at Mount Sinai Hospital (New York) full-time (less than an year)

Salary was 42,000 for a Sr. Billing Coordinator position but found out afterwards that the salary was not equal for everyone within the department, it was higher for some.

The manager had no experience in being a manager, she was fairly new but without managerial experience. The director was cut throat towards employees and patients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
