    I have been working at MphasiS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Gives Good Work Life Balance.
    - There are lots of opportunity to learn in quick time.
    --lots of onsite opportunity
    -Good visibility till Top leaders

    Cons

    -- Salary is not as per experience.
    -- No structured growth path
    ---Very little to NO investment in building of domain knowledge.
    -- very little investment done for creating a specialization in company.
    --- No formal training for mba freshers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -- Bring in the structure to different verticals and do some investment for create a specialization for long term.
