I worked at Mu Sigma (More than a year)

    1. Lots of deep learning about the industry you are working. 2. You can grow really fast if this is your first job. You will interact with managers and even VPs from client side. You need to really know what you are talking about when you present things (results, solutions, ideas, PPTs, or mockups...) to clients. You cannot try to fool the clients because they are much more experienced than you are in the industry. Even though this will be a lot of pressure, you will grow really fast.

    1. Mu Sigma assigns you to the industry. If that is not something you want to consult for, you have to stay with that client for at least halt year.

    Advice to Management

The pay can be much better because people deserve it. A lot of talented and hard-working people have left, this might be one reason.
