I have been working at MuleSoft full-time for more than a year

Fantastic product with unbelievable growth potential.

    - Super smart people at every level. Because the exec staff is so solid, they've set the tone for great talent all the way down the line. MuleSoft takes great pride in making sure new hires not only have the right skills, but are a very strong fit culturally. The team is constantly experimenting with new ways to work and failures are celebrated as learning opportunities.

     - Growth: MuleSoft has hired great people and is disrupting a large market; we are growing like crazy. It's always exciting and rewarding to be at a company that consistently breaks new records when it comes to # of leads or sales targets.

     - Empowerment: Management encourages individual autonomy and encourages those who have ideas to speak up. While rapid growth inevitably leads to some compartmentalization, MuleSoft has done a good job of making sure individuals don't feel isolated in their roles.

    - Compensation: They pay very well.

This is a not a 9 - 5 job. You will not be able to "rest and vest." Each employee at MuleSoft is expected to contribute to the overall goal of building a great company with great products for our awesome customers.
This is not necessarily a bad thing but the reality of the corporate culture and expectations of being a "Muley."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hiring smart, talented people is not an easy task and I commend you for the great job you have done so far. My only advice is to have the trust that the smart people you hired will make the right decisions on behalf of the company.
