I worked at Mullen as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Really great clients. Very smart people in the office. Its a really fun place to work. Lots of creative things going on. A truly great place to learn about the industry.

    Cons

Almost none. A few egos in the higher positions, but that's pretty typical of ad agencies. Also people often work a lot of hours, but once again, typical in advertising.
