This place is not a very nice place to work, I was hired through the temps and only worked 5 days before quitting

    I worked at Multi-Color Corporation

    Pros

some people are nice, they do nice little things like letting the temps enter contest that the factory is having and they do nice little things like giving everybody 3 one dollar coins for being so many days without an accident

    Cons

some of the people are bullies and act like they do not want new workers coming in. I had a guy training me that kept making remarks about women like he did not think a woman should be doing the job that I was training for. I have worked in factories and have worked in shipyards and have never been treated any different because I am a female until working here

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep a closer eye on what is actually going on, put in more cameras for security measures
