I have been working at Murata Electronics North America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Company Name Solid in industry and balance sheet very stable.

    Cons

CEO of NA has a track record of revenue growth at the cost of many poor decisions that has impacted the internal employee demise. Japan rules the company, brings in their mafia to USA, and one divergent thought or idea towards any business policy has consequences that is swift and brutal. The Japan management and USA style continues to degrade the moral and trust between the organization. The peace, unity, and respect is a front for reality of lack of trust, cooperation, and value of USA people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Culture is what it is, putting on a happy face is good for a short impression to employees, but not a reality. Need to consider the Japanese Mafia plays together, things together, and works together to meet their hidden agenda which is not shared. The USA team are just tools to improve their bottom line. Why does USA people not get Murata Stock benefits, or bonus plan that is complimentary to Japan needs to be addressed. The kingdom of Japan, is not translated to USA people in terms of the big global mindset that Murata projects, but does not abide by....lack of honor for USA operations is the problem.
