Not too many. At first you think it is a wonderful place to work and that you are really helping out a great cause. But then you realize that that is all smoke and mirrors and it really is bad in the longrun.
Absurdly long hours. You are expected to work a crazy amount of nights and weekends with absolutely NO comp time in exchange. You are told that work must be completed at home rather than during the work day. You are practically stalking people such as jailbirds, shamrock accounts and walk teams. Deceptive methods are used when recruiting jailbirds or calling prospective mobile accounts. Unreasonable expectations of monetary goals. If you are a smoker, you get all the time out of the office that you want. If you are not - you are expected to be on the phone more than a telemarketer!
Advice to Management
Get out of the 80s and realize that times have changed and that your programs need to as well. Understand that while your employees may love the cause - they do have lives outside of work. Treat everyone fairly - even if you aren't smoking buddies.
