I have been working at Muscular Dystrophy Association full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible with time, as long as you're in the office by 11 am it is considered a full day of pay or you can leave after 3 pm and it's the same; they offer a flex spending account; the health care is okay but dentist needs some work

    Cons

No room for growth or promotions; office culture is very selfish; No raises in over 5 years and no talk of raises in the future; they give you a lot of different responsibilities and initiatives to keep up with and those are always changing so it's difficult to keep up in the time you're given to complete assignments
