    Pros

Theoretically addressing existing need for services and support by families affected by neuromuscular disease.

    Cons

The single least appreciated and stimulated group I have ever worked with. Unlimited talent and brains put to waste.

    Advice to Management

Move forward, the strategies that have "worked" for the past 50 years are not cutting it. Partner organizations and medical centers are not universally pleased. Additionally, quit shaming your employees. They do amazing, tireless work. If they miss their budgets by $500, berating them will not achieve the desired results. Quite the opposite.
