I have been working at Mutual of Omaha full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Co-workers and staff are extemely nice, always reach out to assist when needed. Flexible hours. Excellent work-life balance. Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Management needs to care more about the employee stress level because they are the foundation that supports the customers. Without out customers you wouldn't have employees, without employees you wouldn't customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please consider the stress of the employees and that more change needs to be implemented internally to stay ahead of the insurance game. You cannot promote your one of the best when internally your structure needs ongoing training and the employees should be just as important as the customer
