    I have been working at Mybullfrog.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good company that backs you up and supports you. They offer growth to a certain level and allow up to 31% commission on GP if you hit all tiers (usually hit about 10-15% til the new adjustment, now like 5-8%). Ample training to make sure you do the job right. Good support from corporate with almost 100% immediate response and help fixing issues.

    Cons

    Bad motivation. Constantly harassing salesmen with "do you want to work here?", or "a monkey could do it". Better motivation needed for sure. They wanted us to sell a different product so they reduced pay to make us sell it and make our money back. Tiers for making commission are constantly adjusted and not in a good way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get better motivational techniques, encourage rather than degrade. Better restructuring of the commission tiers to encourage to sell.
