    I worked at NASCO full-time for more than 8 years


    good benefits and pay, however the dysfunction of the company outweighs the pay and benefits.


    not minority friendly - no diversity, good old boy network runs the company, customer base is very limited, the company model structure is so outdated, middle management heavy, contractors are treated better than employees, CEO seems out of touch. Would not recommend this company.

    Need new upper management and a diversity program...
