I have been working at NBA

    Pros

It is a widely recognised, respected and well-regarded sports brand. There is opporunity to work with a diverse, international set of colleagues.

    Cons

The development of the league seems to be quite cyclical - particularly internationally. It would also seem that the balance of senior / junior staff is quite skewed, with a lack of numbers at the more junior level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would encourage the management to retain more interest in their junior staff to help improve employee turnover a morale
