    I worked at NBA part-time (more than 3 years)


    At the old store everyone was like family. They were always accommodating with the schedules and vacation time. There was always a great sense of community even with the managers and upper management. I generally felt appreciated and there were always incentives to perform well within each department.


    They played favorites with the employee of the month.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked in stock so the environment could get a little sexist toward the female staff.
