    I worked at NCR full-time (more than an year)


    Lots of vacation time from day one.


    Territory managers have no management skills or training. There is no communication. If there is a problem, you are yelled at without being given a chance for explanation. Metrics for yearly reviews are out of the hands of the employee. You are constantly being threatened with being written up or fired at every turn. There is no encouragement, only threats and abuse.

    Give territory managers management training. Provide constructive criticism, not just threats.
