    I worked at NCR full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    good tools provided after completion of ATM training.
    Company vehicle maintained by company with gas card.
    Benefits are good and fairly priced.

    Cons

    You have to pay $100/per month for company vehicle but can't use for personal use,
    Work/life balance, you work...PERIOD!
    Management can never make up their minds. Management changes frequently.
    Lack of concern for employees ideas, opinions or issues (business or personal)
    Vacation blackout dates
    Must schedule ALL vacation and personal days for year in January

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop abusing field employees, they are the face of your company. Make a plan and stick to it, give the plan a chance to work. Open your eyes to other opinions.
