    The CEO’s passion and tireless commitment to build better products. You can learn a lot from this. This is one of the biggest pros.
    Opportunity to learn new technologies.
    Better looking office and really a great chair for all employees
    The newly formed Crotia team. They know how to run a product team better than the guys in the LA office.

    Total chaotic environment for sure. You can see many reviews says this.

    The company management doesn't enforce integrity and non-retaliation among the employees in the company.

    A couple of employees who don't deserve the positions for their skill level are building a team of trustable, loyal, silent, average skilled people who don’t question them. Many skilled voluble candidates have been rejected by them intentionally.

    At least a dozen people quit the company in the last 2 years just because of the extreme politics orchestrated by couple of employees.

    The biggest problem is full tolerance for retaliation. This affects the morale of the employees all the time. Even after several people raised so many retaliating complaints against a person, the management didn’t take any action, most who were directly reporting this person quit the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give strong importance to integrity and non-retaliation.

    Hire a better leader to lead the development in the LA.

    Please fix the actual root cause of the issues instead of posting fake reviews.
