I worked at NFI Industries full-time for more than 3 years

Only pro I can think of is the fact that they have business

Management is extremely clicky. If you aren't one of "the boys" the you aren't important. Managers are promoted because they are like or have kissed the right rear end, not because they are good managers. Senior management at the President level in the warehouse group is a joke. Everything out of his mouth is about how great he is and look what I did, when in fact he just takes credit for everyone else's hard work. A Fed Ex reject. Everyone talks behind management's backs, but they all kiss butt to they faces.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look deep into your real values and start being honest about what is really important to you. He's a hint, it's NOT the employees.
