    Pros

Promoting from within is great. Strong focus on community.

    Cons

Due to size of States, talent pool for some exec's is limited and it shows in ability to think large picture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

States are not working well enough together and the feeling is corporate is not on their side which is fare from the truth.
