    Positive environment. Performance based. Seeks to challenge/motivate. Strong heritage/history and love for culture. Alright pay, good benefits.

    Cons

    Competitive. Seniority plays a small part. Regular ups and downs of retail. Difficult consumers. Not commission based but very strong selling culture.

    Advice to Management

    Have strong time management, interpersonal, and people skills. Communication is key. Teamwork is necessary
