Good benefits and generally flexible schedule is great for people with young families. Casual work environment and plenty of fitness facilities where most departments encourage work-life balance.

Shift in culture taking place and more people seem completely focused on career advancement without regard for the people in their way. Some groups are starting to lose that work/life balance. Career development is almost entirely up to the individual since very few managers actually manage their teams.

    Advice to Management

Stop and make sure that core values don't get lost in the growth plans. What made Nike a great place to work is slowly going away due to added layers of managers without focus on team development and management.
