    I worked at NIKE

    Pros

It's a great company to work for. I've always admired the way they have Marketed their products and they will continue to be a top notch complany as long as they keep the innovation of their products a priority. Far too often companies like this get stale in their approach and as a result they begin to lose market share.

    Cons

The hours were fairly long. Don't get me wrong. I love to work as much as the next person, however, at some point and time there has to be a balance between work and the home life. In my new capacity I have that freedom.
