    I worked at NTT Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Maybe work-life balance. Not too much to say.

    Cons

    Lack of investment in Europe, Lack of strategy in some countries. Management only ask for excels with pipeline and do not involve in the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please improve product and marketing approach. Be faster. Be more customer oriented. Hire right manager at all levels.
