    Pros

Great work atmosphere - Challenging. Open. Collaborative.

    Cons

No real cons but it is not the best for comp in the industry.

    Advice to Management

Management is transparent and has excellent vision. Issue is not with management. Nvidia as a whole needs to rethink its vision and figure out how to get into more businesses. Their market cap is way too low for the kind of patent portfolio they own.
