    I have been working at NYeC full-time (more than a year)


    The company has lofty goals, good intentions and talented staff. The company's clients are supportive and there is much room to grow in the Regional Health Information Exchange Markets.


    Severely mis-managed, Executive management team is a circus of deception to keep state funding rolling in despite severe issues in product architecture, and technical direction. Systems are highly un-stable, support staff is working un-bearable hours while the development team is strapped with support escalations and unable to meet their deadlines. Viscous Cycle...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire all of the Chiefs and VPs. Retain an HIT Consulting firm to re-establish direction and credibility. NOW.
