  1.

Disorganized and confusing, but great pay. Easy for underperforming staff to slide by.

    Pros

You have great salary and benefits

    Cons

CEO left a couple months ago, and senior management is running the org by committee. No org or company should ever be run by committee. Every department is in chaos, and High performing staff get a raw deal, and underperfoming staff get kept or promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Assess your chief development, research, public policy, and marketing officers. They're not qualified for their positions and cause a lot of problems. Ask their direct reports about them anonymously and confidentially.

Staff are waiting to see how the new CEO is but things are getting worse. More people are applying for other jobs. If you don't get a CEO or interim CEO in during the next month, the only staff you'll have left are the ones who can't get jobs somewhere else.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
