I have been working at National Brain Tumor Society full-time (More than a year)

Worthy cause with a committed community.

Working here is like being on a sinking ship. Our current CEO is even more unqualified than the last one. She is more concerned with making a name for herself and hiring her friends than she is helping a community in need. She is an incompetent bully who is nowhere to be found when she is needed, and all over the place when there is a successful event (which are few and far between). Our events are missing their goals by hundreds of thousands of dollars-- I estimate a million dollar deficit by the end of the year. Our galas claim to have raised millions, but that doesn't take into account the hundreds of thousands they cost to put on (and the hundreds of thousands it costs to hire celebrities to attend). Our senior staff recently laid off a third of our staff, with at least 15% more leaving on their own accord. This means the people who actually cultivated relationships and raised funds are no longer there, replaced by friends of the CEO. If you are not a friend of the CEO, don't even bother applying. The position you are looking at is either a combination of 3 former jobs, or the job of someone who recently fled. There is no future here.
