    I worked at National Cable Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Strong demand for product
    Innovative company
    Company has invest heavily in their infrastructure
    Well compensated. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Very political environment. Some great leaders in management. Some not so great.
    You act as a middleman selling for Comcast and other cable systems. NCC reps are often the scapegoats when things go wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do a better job of having the back of the people selling for you. Promote good leaders, not your friends.
